Meet Adam 'Angel A' Mackey

Writing as Angel A, the Australian author and filmmaker Adam Mackey creates what readers describe as "stories that heal"—transformational narratives exploring the pivotal "Angels Leap" moments when characters must decide between defeat and authentic transformation.
As Adam Mackey, he directed the award-winning film Le Saut De L'Ange, which earned him the Special Jury Remi Award at WorldFest-Houston. His debut work, the Mary Poser novel, which is also a 2023 SOVAS audiobook finalist, along with his second novel, Holy Parrot, draw from thirty years of clinical experience and a profound understanding of archetypal patterns. Each of these novels begins as a feature film screenplay.
In addition to his writing and filmmaking, Adam Mackey runs a community-based chiropractic practice in Rosebud, Victoria. His unique approach bridges the worlds of healing and storytelling, enabling individuals to find alignment with their most authentic selves.
